Chef Abraham can formulate meal plans to meet specific dietary restrictions or nutritional needs, including paleo, low-carb, healthy heart, diabetic or simply low-calorie, healthy and highly delicious meals! Chef Abraham is not only a world-class trained and highly experienced chef, he also believes deeply in healthy-eating and living an active lifestyle. He is here to help you meet your nutritional goals without all the work.  Meal prep service can be done at your home or prepared and delivered to your home once a week.  Then all you have to do is follow quick and simple cooking instructions and voila!  Dinner is served.
